Sārathi

Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 June 2026
⚠️ Draft for review. These terms are a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional, and contact details confirmed, before public launch.

1. Acceptance

Sārathi ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Ravari Labs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Sārathi is — and is not

Sārathi is a reflective companion that offers perspective drawn from the Bhagavad Gītā. Its responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for personal reflection and contemplation only.

Sārathi is not a substitute for professional advice. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional services, and nothing it says should be relied upon as such. Always seek a qualified professional for those needs.

3. Not an emergency service

Sārathi is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in distress, or you or someone else may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. Do not rely on Sārathi in an emergency.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and confirm that you are by creating an account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. AI limitations

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your situation. Scripture interpretations are one perspective among many. Use your own judgement, and treat Sārathi as a companion for thought — never as an authority or a verdict.

7. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your conversations within the app at any time.

8. Subscriptions & payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be shown to you before you purchase. Where required by law, applicable refund rights will apply.

9. Intellectual property

Sanskrit scripture is in the public domain. The Service's software, design, curated dataset, and original text are the property of Ravari Labs. You retain ownership of what you write; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravari Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will ask you to review and accept them again. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.

13. Contact
